Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. We do accept exchanges on certain products under certain circumstances. We are happy to process an exchange if you receive the wrong item or receive an item that is defective. If you receive the wrong item or defective item, within 48 hours of delivery, take a picture of the item along with the original packing slip included with your shipment and email them to email@example.com.
We will NOT accept returns or exchanges on any of our products unless you are sent the wrong item or the item you received is defective. The product(s) must be in its original packaging and cannot be altered in anyway. Within 48 hours of delivery, take a picture of the item along with the original packing slip and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. When we receive your email, we will respond with instructions on how to return the product(s) back to Onyx and advise you on when to expect the replacement product(s).
If your order is damaged due to shipping, lost or missing, please visit https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/claims.html to file a claim with FedEx online. Filing is fast and easy, with no login information needed. When purchasing our products, you understand that Onyx Beauty & Cosmetics is not held financially responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. We highly suggest all customers purchase shipping insurance with FedEx at checkout to protect your purchase.
