SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Only Beauty & Cosmetics! We ship all orders via FedEx within the continental U.S. (not internationally currently). You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 48-72 hours for in stock items. FedEx One Rate 2 Day shipping typically takes 2 business days after shipping to arrive at the requested destination within the United States. FedEx Home Delivery takes 1–5 days to deliver within the contiguous U.S. or 3–7 days if you’re shipping to residential addresses in Alaska or Hawaii. The exact time your FedEx Home Delivery shipment will be delivered is based on your shipment’s origin and the distance to the destination. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, shipping delays may occur due to holiday volumes, inclement weather, and natural disasters. We apologize in advance if any of these delays impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via FedEx. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Onyx Beauty & Cosmetics is NOT currently shipping internationally. However, once we do ship internationally, we are not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
